The aim of the department: – improving the quality and quantity of the educational process; – improving the efficiency of educational and methodical process; – development of a complex of fundamental and applied research, involvement in scientific activities of teachers and students; – round development of student personality on the basis of educational work.
The department provides training for bachelor 5B071200 “MachineBbuilding”, 5B073200 “Standardization, Metrology and Certification (by industry),” Masters – 6M071200 “Machinebuilding” 6M073200 “Standardization and Certification (by industry),” 6M075000 “Metrology”, PhD – 6D071200 “Machinebuilding”.
The Department uses in the educational process leading scientific and educational achievements in the field of higher education training, enhance the quality of education that encourage creativity of teachers in teaching methods and organizational work. The department is equipped with modern experimental and laboratory facilities, and is constantly working to improve it. Department of TM since its inception, is one of the leading departments, not only in KSTU, but also in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Department “Technology of Machine Building” provides training highly qualified specialists and thus makes a significant contribution to the development of machine-building complex of the Republic of Kazakhstan providing our country a worthy place in the world community.
