In order to improve the level of English proficiency ; identify gifted students , promotion and dissemination of innovative approaches to teaching English. 20.11.2013 in the building “Zhastar Alemi ” was held at the Universiade for the best presentation of the university in English language within the frames of ” multilingual education ” among students of non-language specialties .
6 teams In Universiade participated : Students of Karaganda State Technical University majoring electricity; students of Karaganda State University . EA Buketova, 2 Teams of History Faculty and the Faculty of Economics team , students of the Medical University majoring Medicine ; Karaganda Economic University students Kazpotrebsoyuz on International Relations specialty , University students ‘Bolashak’ on Legal profession specialty.
As a result of the Universiade the prizes were distributed as follows: First place was given to KSTU students whose performance has left a good impression of the jury and met all of the stated criteria , the second place was taken by the students of the Karaganda Economic University on International Relations specialty, third place was taken by an economics student at Karaganda State University. EA Buketova .
Such events contribute the creative potential of students , encourages students to in-depth study of the English language, extends the range of student communication and increases the level of instructional and educational work of the university.
