Training of highly qualified personnel in the new Magistrate specialty «Mechanical Engineering Mining and Metallurgical Complex» for the implementation of regional clusters GPIID-2 in Karaganda region presents enormous challenges for the Department of TM.
Training new formation dictates the need for the integration of education, science and industry. Where large enterprises not only as an employer, and is directly involved in the process of training.
In this regard, 29.01.2015 till 03.02.2015, the staff of the department TM participated in the technical meetings of the following companies: LLC “KarGorMash-M” (Director Zhakenov SA), KF JSC “NatCES” (Director Zhunusbekov T. K.), Production №2 LLP “Kurylysmet” (Director Muratbekov MS) and RSE “KazInMetr” (Director Ahmerov RM).
The technical meetings considered the prospects of further cooperation with enterprises on training on the implementation of GPIID-2 for the Karaganda region. At the meeting raised as problematic production issues and reached an agreement to develop a joint innovation projects.
In the field of teaching work reached an agreement on the organization and conduct of laboratory employment on the basis of “KazInMetr” KF JSC “NatCES”, “KarGorMash-M” with the participation of leading experts and logistical resources of enterprises.
Agreed roadmap of joint textbooks, monographs and scientific articles.
Companies have decided to provide free technical (sponsor) assistance for the modernization of laboratory base of chair TM.
After the technical staff of the department meetings TM made a presentation of specialties KSTU showing videos and signing of preliminary agreements to obtain a second higher education.
