The Department for the Development of Languages of the Karaganda region held a regional competition “Tildaryn” on April 17, 2024 in order to support and stimulate young people who are fluent in Kazakh, Russian and English, and educate competitive youth. The competition was attended by young people from 15 to 30 years old from the regions, educational institutions and universities. Assessing the knowledge of the participants present, the members of the commission appreciated the ability of the young participants of the competition to speak competently in three languages to questions about the great faces of the Kazakh country, the meaning of the transmitted proverbs and sayings, about the sacred and sacred places of our country.
When determining the winners of the competition, the jury was guided by:
1) the level of proficiency in three languages – Kazakh, Russian, English;
2) the content and consistency of the response provided;
3) the level of language culture.
Toktar Kurmanov, 1st year undergraduate student of Karaganda Technical University named after Abylkas Saginov, took part in the competition under the leadership of Karlygash Mauenovna, who was awarded a letter of thanks by the decision of the jury.
Congratulating the guys who took part in the competition, we hope that in the future they will conquer high peaks.
