Abstract to the article “The system of identification of microorganisms «SIM» as an example of innovation in the clinical microbiology”
Identification on the basis of determining the biochemical activity of a number of advantages compared to other more modern methods.
The aim of this work was to create a software product, which is a workstation physician, microbiologist, allowing for the identification of microorganisms on the basis of the available in each lab feature set, as well as containing a description of microorganisms having medical value.
