Students of Abylkas Saginov Karaganda Technical University actively participated in the recent III International Essay Contest in a Foreign Language, organized by the Department of Foreign Languages at Kazan State Power Engineering University.
The competition was dedicated to a critical theme: “Global Challenges of Humanity: Man, Nature, Technology.” This prestigious event brought together students from over 60 educational institutions in Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan, and Tajikistan.
We are pleased to announce that, despite the fierce competition, students of Abylkas Saginov Karaganda Technical University emerged among the winners. Under the guidance of their instructors from the Department of Foreign Languages, the participants showcased exceptional knowledge and a creative approach to addressing the proposed topic.
The results are as follows:

Second Place: Zhanserik Suleimenov (scientific advisor – senior lecturer A. Bogdanova), Ayari Tulekeeva (scientific advisor – lecturer M. Nugumanova);
Third Place: Olzhas Murzagaliev (scientific advisor – senior lecturer R. Babzhanova), Malika Murat (scientific advisor – senior lecturer S. Beiskhanova), Akzer Karimova (scientific advisor – lecturer N. Isina)
The winners demonstrated a high level of proficiency in the foreign language and in-depth knowledge of ecology, technology, and their impact on society. The contest became a significant event for the students, providing an excellent opportunity to exchange ideas and perspectives on pressing global issues.
