From November 15 to December 5, 2023, the Department of Russian Language and Culture of the Karaganda Technical University named after Abylkas Saginov organized and held the Republican video competition “My dear, Independent Kazakhstan!”, dedicated to the Independence Day of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
