Student Service Center

The purpose of the Student Servicing Center: to maximize the improvement of comprehensive interaction with the student community, to eliminate bureaucratic barriers and corruption risks in the system of interaction “university – student”, duplicative actions in the provision of services. Statistical accounting and monitoring of the student contingent, control over its movement, maintenance of personal files and timely provision of information on students.

The main tasks of the Student Servicing Center are as follows:

  • acceptance of personal files of enrolled applicants from the University Admission Commission, their maintenance, storage within the entire period of their studies at the University;
  • accounting of personal data and movement of students in the IS Univer, NEDB, Financial Center database;
  • preparation and compilation of an annual statistical report in the form of 3NK;
  • monthly, quarterly accounting of the student body and its movement;
  • preparation of student documents to fill vacancies under the state educational order;
  • execution of a written request to receive documents of students transferred and reinstated from the other higher education institutions;
  • forwarding documents of students transferred and reinstated to the other higher education institutions;
  • correspondence with the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan, local executive bodies and other organizations on various information on students;
  •  provision of State Services: Issuance of duplicate diplomas for higher and postgraduate education; Provision of dormitories for students in higher or postgraduate education institutions;  Provision of free meals for specific categories of citizens, as well as individuals under guardianship, custody, or patronage, including students and pupils of technical, vocational, post-secondary, and higher education institutions;  Issuance of transcripts for former students of KTU; Issuance of transcripts for current students of KTU; Granting and extension of academic leave; Return from academic leave; Transfer and reinstatement (to another university, to KTU, or back into the list of active students); Internal university transfers; Withdrawal at the student’s request; Change of personal data; Issuance of a certificate of enrollment; Replacement of a key card in case of loss; Receipt of a key card upon reinstatement or transfer from another university.
  • quality, accessibility, transparency, continuous improvement of services, timely processing of requests received, provision of information and advisory assistance to students, faculty and staff members.
  Duganova Gulden: Head of the Student Service Center. She graduated from Karaganda State Technical University in specialty “Computer Systems for Information Processing and Management”. She is Master of Technical Sciences. Since 2002, she has been working as a specialist in the EMD. Since 2013, she is the Head of the Student Department. Since October 2024, Head of the Student Service Center.
  Gabaydulina Tatyana graduated from  Karaganda Economic University of Kazpotrebsoyuz with a degree in Accounting and Auditing. She worked as an accountant at the University from 2009 to 2017. From 2017 to 2024, served as the Head of CSS. Since October 2024, has held the position of Deputy Head.
  Makarova Yelena graduated from Buketov Karaganda State University in specialty “Documentation Science and Document Support for Management”. Since 2013, she has been working as a statistician.
  Akumova Saule graduated from the Karaganda Order of the Red Banner of Labor Polytechnic Institute in specialty “Information and Measuring Equipment”. Since 2002, she has been a methodologist at the Faculty of Distant and Correspondence Education. Since 2021, she has been working as a statistician.
  Kulmaganbetova Almagul graduated from Kazakh-Russian University with a degree in Economics. From 2001 to 2015, she worked at the State Audit Office as a customer service manager. Since 2015, she has been working as an inspector.
  Seidigali Tolganay graduated from Karaganda Economic University of Kazpotrebsoyuz with a degree in Accounting and Auditing. Since October 2021, she has been working as an inspector.
  Esbatyr Aruzhan graduated from A. Saginov Karaganda Technical University in specialty “Information Security System”. Since 2023, she has been working as a reception operator.
  Kenzhebekova Sulushash graduated from Buketov Karaganda State University in specialty “Applied Mathematics”. Since 2000, she has been working as a methodologist.
  Yerkimbayeva Aman graduated from Baikonurov Zhezkazgan University in specialty “Russian language and literature at schools with a non-Russian language of instruction”. Since 2023, she has been working as a reception operator.
  Tekenova Gulmira graduated from Karaganda State Technical University with a degree in “Economics.” Since 2009, she has worked as a Senior Inspector at DLF, and in October 2024, she became a Senior Inspector at CSS. Since November 2024, she has been serving as an Operator-Receptionist at CSS.
Mukhaseva Dinara graduated from Karaganda State Technical University with a degree in Economics. Since 2008, she has worked as an Inspector at DLF, and in October 2024, she became an Inspector at CSS.
  Dzhanasbayeva Tolganay graduated from Buketov Karaganda State University with a degree in Economics. Since 2017, she has worked as a Secretary at EE&MF, and in 2023, she became a Specialist at CSS. Since 2024, she has been working as a Methodologist at CSS.
  Khabdualiyeva Alma graduated from Karaganda State Technical University with a degree in Economics. Since 2024, she has been working as a CSS specialist.
