«In the struggle for justice: the social and political activities of the founders of Alash party»


Under this name, a round table was held at the Abylkas Saginov Karaganda Technical University as part of the month of «Alash Aylygy», dedicated to the 107th anniversary of the creation of the «Alash» party. It was organized by the department of the «Assembly of the people of Kazakhstan and social and humanitarian disciplines». The event was attended by student activists, students of the TP-23-2 group, and teachers of the department.

Understanding the historical role of the «Alash» party in the formation of Kazakhstan identity, fostering patriotism and citizenship among student youth – these were the goals pursued by the round table meeting.

The round table participants discussed key issues: the influence of the socio-political activities of the founders of the «Alash» party on the formation of the national idea; the role of its leaders in the establishment of the country’s independence.

Students Abisheva Kamilla and Medvedev Dmitry prepared interesting presentations on the topics: «The history of the formation and activities of the Alash party», «Leaders of «Alash» – public figures and politicians A. Baitursynov, A. Bokeikhan». They were dedicated to outstanding personalities in the history of our state. Thanks to them and other representatives of the Kazakh intelligentsia, the foundation of Independence was laid.

The guys shared their thoughts on how the ideas of «Alash» are intertwined with modern social and political challenges. The other participants also took an active part in the discussion. This platform became an excellent opportunity to exchange opinions on issues of strengthening national identity and civil society, justice and equality among students. The main message of Alash orda is to be decent, honest, responsible, compassionate, caring citizens of their country. This worthy legacy will definitely be supported by our people.

The event took place in an atmosphere of goodwill and interest among all participants.
