1995-2002yy – worked in Scientific Research Institute “ИОСУ National Science Academy of the RK” in the laboratory of Chemistry and coal. While working there in 2002 finished the full-time postgraduate program on specialty 020004 – “Physical chemistry” and got master’s degree of chemical sciences. Thesis: “Physical and chemical aspects of the hydrogenation of heavy hydrocarbon raw materials (coal, anthracene)”.
2003-2008 yy- worked at the Karaganda State University named after Buketov, on the vocational-art faculty, at the department of “General technical disciplines and the methodology of vacational education”. The specialist in the sphere of Vocational education. The author of more than 35 scientific papers.
At present, an associate professor at the department of ‘Vocational education’ of KSTU.

In 1989 she graduated from the Karaganda Polytechnic Institute with a degree “Engineer-teacher of machine-engineering disciplines”. Since September 1989 till October 1990 – Design Engineer PCB Tsvetmetavtomatika. Since 1990 – Teacher at the department “Labor and ICT” at Karaganda pedagogical institute. Since 1993 — Senior Teacher in technical disciplines. Since 1996 – Senior Teacher at the OD and MLE department at the Karaganda State University named after E.A. Buketov. 1999 – 2000 – Head of the OD and MLE department. Since 2001 – Associate Professor of the OD and MLE department. Since July 2009 – Head of Department “Vocational training and basic military training” at Karaganda State Technical University.
In May 2001, defended her Ph.D. thesis on “Pedagogical foundations of engineer-teacher in machinery training” Academic rank of assistant professor of pedagogy was awarded by HAC RK in April 2003. Area of scientific activity is higher and professional education pedagogy, teaching methods of technical disciplines.
She is one of the winners of applied projects in the education field on the theme “Development of a social partnership model between universities and employers” in 2005.
In 2009, together with the PTS won the competition of MES RK in applied education projects on the theme “Improving the quality of personnel’s training technical and service labor on the base of social partnership.”
In 2013 received a grant from the title “The best teacher of the university”
