Administration system of SCO University In accordance with administration mechanisms of SCO, administration system of SCO University includes several stages: • Coordination (Executive) Board, which is composed of one representative from country of the competent authority responsible for educational cooperation. It is appropriate to combine representation in Coordinating Council of SCO University and in Expert working group of SCO member States on cooperation in the field of education. In case of impossibility of such a combination, representative of Coordinating Council of SCO University is appointed by agreement with representative of Expert working group of SCO member States on cooperation in the field of education. Leadership of Coordinating Council is carried out on a rotational basis. Coordinating Council shall ensure coordination of activities of SCO University on the level of the relevant ministries and governing bodies of SCO and make proposals to ensure legal activity of SCO University. |
• Board of Trustees. Provides formation of a positive image of SCO University in the member-countries of Organization and world educational community, involvement of business structures for joint training of specialists and assistance in employment of graduates. Contributes to attraction of investments for development of SCO University. Promotes interests of SCO University in various state and non-state structures, funds and organizations.
• Secretariat (University administration) of SCO University. Carries out management of the current activity of SCO University, including information-analytical, legal, financial and organizational support of activity of SCO University, current Affairs and documentation.
• Expert groups for each area of training include one representative from each of base of institution for each area of training. Carries out support of educational-methodical and scientific-research activities in the specific area of training.
