Head of the Department of Chemistry and Chemical Technologies A. Takibayeva took part in the event “Information Day of the ERASMUS+ program in Kazakhstan”, held on December 19 at the L. N. Gumilev Eurasian National University.
The organizers of the event are the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan; the Representative Office of the European Union in the Republic of Kazakhstan; the European Executive Agency for Education and Culture; the National Office of Erasmus+ in Kazakhstan.
A personal conversation of A. Takibayeva with the coordinator of the National Office of Erasmus+ in Kazakhstan Paluanova Laura Kalabaevna on the issue of registration of documents for participation in the international competition Erasmus+ “Jean Monnet Actions” in the field of green chemistry took place. At the end of the event, she visited the Museum of the History of Turkic Writing, the monument to Kul-tegin, an outstanding military commander of the Second Turkic Khaganate, recreated in the VII-VIII century as a result of the liberation wars against China.
The report of Speaker Gulzhan Zharassova, Deputy Chairman of the Committee for Quality Assurance in Education of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan, a member of the National Team of Experts on Higher Education Reform of the Republic of Kazakhstan (HERE) noted the active participation of universities in SR Hackathons.
The Department of Chemistry and Chemical Technologies of Abylkas Saginov KTU took an active part in this event. As you know, according to the results of participation in the SR Hackathon “Scientific and Technological Development of a metallurgical enterprise”, held for the first time in Kazakhstan on the platform of Kazakhmys Corporation LLP together with the MSHE RK, a project submitted on the topic “Increasing the recovery of free gold and gold-containing minerals from copper ores”, by the decision of the Higher Scientific and Technical Commission RK in November was approved for financing.
