Transport and Road faculty

The research work of students is one of the most important means of improving the quality of training and education of specialists with higher professional education in the field of transport and transport equipment.

Scientific activity, science of the transport and road faculty is carried out in areas corresponding to the profile of departments.

Attracting students to research work allows them to use their creative potential to solve urgent research tasks.

At the faculty, attention is paid to research work carried out on state budgetary and contractual topics.

Departments regularly hold retreats to the enterprises of the Corporate University on educational and scientific issues.

At the departments of the faculty there are student scientific circles with the participation of students, undergraduates, doctoral students under the scientific supervision of leading teachers of the departments. Every year, students carry out theses on scientific topics, take an active part in conferences of various levels and republican competitions of Research Institute, where they take prizes. Undergraduates conduct research and experimental work on writing master’s theses at production enterprises. Students, undergraduates and doctoral students of scientific circles are involved in contractual work to solve specific production problems.

THE MAIN RESULTS OF THE SCIENTIFIC WORK OF THE FACULTY OF TRANSPORT AND ROAD

Shalaev Vladimir Vasilievich, senior lecturer of the Department of Transport Engineering and Logistics Systems – awarded for a significant contribution to the development of the Karaganda Technical University named after Abylkas Saginov and conscientious work was awarded the honorary diploma of the rector.

Kyzylbaeva Elvira Zhanabekovna, PhD, Acting Dean of Transport and Road – was awarded an honorary diploma of the Minister of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan for her significant contribution to the development of the science sector, well-deserved work and for conscientious service.

Isina Botagoz Malgazhdarovna, senior lecturer of the Department of Industrial Transport, was awarded a diploma of the rector for many years of selfless work in the system of higher professional education and the development of the Karaganda Technical University named after Abilkas Saginov, a significant contribution to the training of highly qualified specialists.

Atken Yerzhan, senior lecturer at the Department of Industrial Transport, was awarded a diploma from the rector for high achievements and 3rd place in the competition “Best Master’s Student.”

Zhurov Vitaly Vladimirovich, Candidate of Technical Sciences, Acting Professor of the Department of Higher Mathematics – awarded an honorary diploma of the Minister of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan for noble work and honest service on the path of prosperity, which made a significant contribution to the development of higher education and science of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Abaeva Nella Fuatovna, Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences, Acting Associate Professor of the Department of Higher Mathematics – was awarded the badge ” ҒЫЛЫМДЫ ДАМЫТУҒА СІҢІРГЕН ЕҢБЕГІ ҮШІН ” for outstanding work in the field of science of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Zhetpisbay Sholpan Akhankyzy, Master, Senior Lecturer of the Department of Kazakh Language and Culture – awarded the badge ” АНА ТІЛІН ДАМЫТУҒА ҚОСҚАН ҮЛЕСІ ҮШІН” for a special contribution to the development of language policy and active participation in improving the development sphere language.

Hasen Murat Abdirakhmanuly, senior lecturer of the Department of Kazakh Language and Culture – awarded an honorary diploma of the Minister of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan for his significant contribution to the development of language policy and the expansion of the use of the Kazakh language.

Scientific activity, science, transport and road faculty (TDF) of the University is carried out, the profile of the departments.

Department “Transport technology and logistics” works in the following fields:

“Creating a mobile overpasses to eliminate traffic jams”.

– the chair of “Industrial transport” provides 4 areas:

“Research and development of steeply inclined conveyor with a linear actuator for open-cast mining”.
“Development and research of system optimization of control mode locomotive (industry)”.

“Improving the reliability of cars with the features of operating conditions”.
“Development and study of insulation systems of exhaust gases in an underground self-propelled machines”.

Faculty, doctoral students, undergraduates and students take active part in scientific conferences, forums and exhibitions, online seminars, contests, win prizes.

The departments of transport and road faculty functioning student scientific circles, which involved students and undergraduates. Each year, students write theses on scientific topics. Graduate and doctoral students carry out research work and experimental work on master theses on industrial enterprises.

2017-present 6 doctoral theses (PhD) by specialty 6D071300 – “Transport, transport equipment and technology, 6D090100 – “Organization of transportations, movements and transport operation”.

For research masters and doctoral students pass scientific training in leading universities and research institutions of near and far abroad. The geography of the countries of the internship is expanding – Germany, USA, China, Slovakia, Russian Federation, etc.
