18 November 2016, Regional student forum of youth projects, dedicated to the 25th anniversary of independence of Kazakhstan will be held on the basis of Karaganda State Technical University (organizers: Innovative Multilingualism Center of KSTU, Department of Russian and Foreign languages). Form of participation – full-time.

The implementation of multilingual learning system to the educational process at all levels from schools to universities today is the pledge and guarantee of formation of the competitive and multicultural identity, who knows several languages, striving for self-development and self-improvement, is able to carry out communicative activities in three languages in all situations.
Student forum provides a unique environment for free speech creation and is positioned as an information platform, encouraging the implementation and development of the new multilingual personality.
Under the forum, special attention will be paid to identifying the level of speech competence, disclosure of their leadership qualities. The protection of the TED – project (Technology Entertainment Design;) will be organized with this purpose.
The topic of the project is carried out independently.
Form of text material presentation can be varied: reasoning, in verse, in song and others.
Working languages: Kazakh, Russian, English.
