09/16/2022 at the College of Innovative Technologies of the Karaganda Technical University of the Abylkas Saginov, a meeting was held for college teachers on the main directions of the address of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev dated September 1, 2022 “A just state. One nation. A prosperous society.”
The address of the Head of State is devoted to such important issues as economic development, improving the efficiency of the healthcare system, quality education, improving regional policy, political modernization and protection of human rights.
History teachers Nesipov Rakhat Rysbekovich and Umirbekova Gulzhazira Shamshibekovna, acquainted the audience with the main directions of the Address of the Head of State and told about initiatives to support the younger generation of our country, educational grants for talented youth, preferential loans at 2-3 percent per annum, the allocation of 50% of the investment income from the national fund to children under 18 for housing and education, raising the minimum salaries up to 70 thousand tenge, which are aimed at socio-economic development and the internal policy of the state.
The director of the college, Nurbibi Absadykovna Smagulova, noted that “The Message of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the people of Kazakhstan is a great opportunity for us to make plans for the future and implement the main directions. We hope that the President’s Message, which identifies important steps for the further development of the country and improving the lives of its citizens, will be unanimously supported by teachers and students of the College of Innovative Technologies of the Abylkas Saginov Karaganda Technical University and will take an active part in solving these tasks.”
