The chair carries out training of highly skilled masters (a profile magistracy — 1,5 years) and masters sciences (a scientific and pedagogical magistracy — 2 years) on specialties 6M071300 “Transport, transport equipment and technologies” and 6M090100 “The organization of transportations, movements and transport operation”.

2 . Requirements to the content of education
40 . RUP is developed for academic year on the basis of TUPL of specialty and ИУПов undergraduates and approved as the head of the organization of education on the basis of the solution of an academic council.
In RUPE the list of disciplines for academic year and their labor input in the credits, a studying order, types of studies and control forms, and also other types of educational activity (practice, complex examination, registration and protection of the master thesis is defined by research work of undergraduates (RWU).
RUP forms a basis for drawing up lesson schedule and calculation of labor input of study of the teacher.
46 . The individual plan of work of the undergraduate is formed for the entire period of training and includes the following sections:
1) IUP (if necessary it can annually be specified);
2) research / experimental and research work (subject, research direction, terms and reporting form);
3) practice (program, base, terms and reporting form);
4) subject of the master thesis with justification and structure;
5) plan of implementation of the master thesis;
6) plan of scientific publications, training.
3 . Requirements to the maximum volume of an academic load of the being trained
80 . Requirements to research work of the undergraduate:
Research work in a scientific and pedagogical magistracy has to:
1) to correspond to the main perspective of specialty on which the master dissertation is defended;
2) to be actual, to contain scientific novelty and the practical importance;
3) to be based on modern theoretical, methodical and technological achievements of science and practice;
4) to be carried out with use of modern methods of scientific researches;
5) to contain research (methodical, practical) sections on the basic protected provisions;
6) to be based on the best international practices in the corresponding area of knowledge.
81 . Requirements to experimental and research work of the undergraduate:
Experimental and research work in a profile magistracy has to:
1) to correspond to the main perspective of specialty on which the master dissertation is defended;
2) to be based on modern achievements of science, equipment and production and to contain concrete practical recommendations, independent solutions of administrative tasks;
3) to be carried out with application of the advanced information technologies;
4) to contain experimental and research (methodical, practical) sections on the basic protected provisions.
82 . Results research or experimental research work at the end of every period of their passing are made out by the undergraduate in the form of the report.
Within NIRM (EIRM) the individual plan of work of the undergraduate provides obligatory passing of foreign scientific training.
86 . The master thesis surely has to undergo testing regarding plagiarism, rules and which order of carrying out are defined by higher education institution independently.
88 . Within two months after transfer to each undergraduate for the management of the master thesis the research supervisor is appointed.
The research supervisor and subject of research of the undergraduate on the basis of the solution of an academic council are approved by the order of the rector of higher education institution.
The research supervisor of the undergraduate has to have a scientific degree and actively be engaged in scientific researches in this branch of science (as a training of the undergraduate). If necessary scientific consultants for allied industries of sciences can be appointed.
