This week is dedicated to popularizing the natural sciences, deepening knowledge and developing interest in biology, ecology and other related disciplines.
🕰️Date: from 03.02. to 07.02.2025.
Location: auditorium and foyer of the College of Innovative Technologies of the University named after Abylkas Saginov.
🧑🎓👩🎓Participants: students of 1-4 courses, college teachers.
As part of the Science Literacy Week, we have prepared many exciting events, including:
🧑🔬Master classes on creating biological models:
Students will be able to use various materials such as plasticine, cardboard, textiles and others to create 3D models of cells, organs and ecosystems. This is a great way to visualize complex biological concepts!
🧾Poster and Poster exhibition: Students will present their work on topics such as ecosystems, climate change, the importance of the microbiome, and many others. These posters will help to convey important biological ideas to a wide audience.
Video Messages: We invite students to create short videos on relevant topics such as healthy lifestyle, environmental initiatives, and biotechnology. These videos will be posted on the college’s social media pages to draw attention to important issues.
🗣️Lectures and discussions: Teachers and invited experts will share their knowledge and experience in biology and ecology, as well as answer students’ questions.
🗝️We are confident that the Science Literacy Week will be an excellent opportunity for all participants to deepen their knowledge, develop their creative abilities and contribute to the popularization of science.
