As a part of the celebration of April 12 in Kazakhstan of the professional holiday – the Day of Scientists, which is celebrated by representatives of the scientific community, established by Decree of the President of the Republic No. 164 of October 20, 2011, on April 13, 2023, online teleconference was held between the teachers of Abylkas Saginov Karaganda Technical University “Development of Mineral Deposits” Department (Kazakhstan) and Technische Hochschule Georg Agricola (Bochum, Germany).
The online meeting was attended by the head of the “Development of Mineral Deposits” Department Imashev A.Zh., teachers of the “Development of Mineral Deposits” Department Zhumabekova A.E., Shayke N.K., Atageldiev K.T., and from the German University there were Karen Passmore, Arsu Simsek, Leo Januscheck and undergraduates.
At the online meeting, teachers and undergraduates of the Department of Mineral Deposits Development and Technische Hochschule Georg Agricola discussed the possibilities of academic mobility of students and teachers, the specifics of the undergraduates training and the features of the organization of the educational process which are relevant today.
