The round table took place on November 14, 2024, with 50 first-year students and faculty members of the Department of Foreign Languages participating. During the event, participants discussed the contributions of Abylkas Saginov to the advancement of education and his impact on the future of the country. The event began with welcoming remarks from faculty members, who emphasized the importance of language training and global communication skills for future professionals.
Students then presented on Saginov’s legacy and the significance of technical education in Kazakhstan, highlighting its role in economic development and strengthening the country’s position in the global arena. After the presentations, a quiz was held where students showcased their knowledge of technical education and its impact on the country.
To conclude, a creative activity was organized in which students shared their ideas for addressing futuristic challenges in Kazakhstan, presenting projects on designing smart cities, developing robotics for elderly care, and advancing renewable energy.
