On March 27-28, in Ulgiy, Bayan-Ulgiy aimag (Mongolia), an international propaganda event called “Days of Kazakh Education in Mongolia” was held, organized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Otandastar Qory Foundation. It was attended by representatives of 17 higher educational institutions of Kazakhstan.
The event was aimed at informing future applicants about the benefits of studying in Kazakhstan and providing detailed information about various higher education institutions. The opening ceremony of the exhibition was attended by akim of the Bayan-Ulgiy aimag Zangar Yessentayuly, head of the Department of Education Aydin Bayynuly and senior methodologist for Kazakh language and literature Asemgul Ibrahimkyzy.
According to the head of the Department of Education, 1,700 students are graduating from school in the region this year, of which 600-700 want to enroll in Kazakhstani universities. They were actively interested in the opportunities for admission to universities in Kazakhstan and the benefits provided.
The applicants were particularly interested in Abylkas Saginov Karaganda Technical University (Saginov Technical University).
Future students received detailed information about one of the leading technical universities in Kazakhstan, Abylkas Saginov Karaganda Technical University, from Husan Batyrkhan, Senior lecturer at the Department of Mineral Deposits Development, and Rymkhan Azylkhanov, Head of the ISTP Department. They talked about the educational programs and the prospects of studying at our university.
During the meeting, applicants were provided with comprehensive information about grant programs, educational programs, dormitories and other advantages of the university.
