Dear colleagues!
In the framework of the Kazakhstan Government Decree No. 1330 dated 19 December 2014 and State Program of education development of the Republic of Kazakhstan for 2011-2020 the implementation of the tasks for the integration of education, science and production, Department of Mathematics jointly with Institute of Advanced Training of Karaganda State Technical University conducts scientific seminar “Operational management of production processes on the basis of the mathematical theory of information”.
Location: KSTU, first building.
Date: 08 January – 12 January 2018
Numerous studies are devoted to improvement of forecasting systems. The aim of the seminar is the selection of effective strategies for forecasting, focused on obtaining a favourable outcome with minimal risk. The seminar will give information about modern methods and innovative technologies based on information theory that allows optimizing different kind of deviation when assessing the prospects of forecasting strategy.
