2. Preservation of linguistic diversity in Kazakhstan.
3. The preservation of the functioning of the Russian language in the communicative language space.
4. Raising the prestige of the state language in the conditions of modern Kazakhstan.
Working languages of the competition are Kazakh and Russian.
