Regulations on the laboratory
IL ME in the Civil Code was formed as a structural unit « Karaganda Stste Technical University» according to the order MON RK № 278 from 14.04.2016 year. «On amendments and additions to the order of the Ministry of Education and Science RK from 13 april 2015 year and № 195 « About the basic equipment of laboratories for 2015-2016 years» within the framework of the State program of industrial and innovative development RK on 2015-2019 years» and operates on the basis of the Charter NAO « Karaganda Technical University named after Abylkas Saginov» and Regulations on the Testing Laboratory for Methane Energy in the Mining and Metallurgical Complex
Goals
The IL ME in the State Corporation aims to solve actual fundamental, applied and innovative research and development innovative works that are highly relevant for industrial enterprises of the Republic of Kazakhstan mining and metallurgical complex.
Priority tasks
– assistance in the implementation of scientific and scientific and technical programs and projects, including fundamental, applied in priority areas of scientific and technological development, assistance in the preparation of master’s, doctoral dissertations in the relevant field of scientific areas and attracting students to NIOKR;
– conducting joint scientific research with domestic and foreign universities and research centers;
– effective use of instruments and equipment for solving problems of a scientific and scientific-technical nature in the mining industry, geology and metallurgy;
– participation in international scientific and technical activities.
Laboratory functions:
– rock testing;
– development of research methods;
– ensuring the implementation of programs and projects in priority areas of scientific and technological development of the mining industry;
– participation in international scientific and technological cooperation;
– conducting internships for scientific personnel in specialized areas based on the implementation of scientific projects together with the world’s leading scientific centers;
– conducting fundamental, theoretical and exploratory research;
– conducting applied research to solve urgent problems of the development of the mining and metallurgical industry RK;
– execution of design, engineering, survey and expert work;
– development of a fundamentally new competitive equipment, technology, solution of socio-economic and environmental problems of production, research for the presence of valuable methane substances.
