On September 18 2019 on the eve of the 175th anniversary of the great poet, enlightener of the Kazakh people Abay Kunanbaev, a literary and musical evening “Uly Khalyktyk-Uly Abay” was organized by members of the literary club “Abay Alemіne Sayakhat” at the Department of Kazakh Language and Culture of KSTU.
The purpose of the event – is to promote the work of the poet, the Great akyn of the Great Steppe Abay Kunanbayev among young people, introducing students to the richness and beauty of the Kazakh language, the great history and spiritual heritage of their people.
This event was organized by the staff of the department of the Kazakh language and culture and the club “Abay Alemine Sayakhat”
At this event “Uly Khalyktyk-Uly Abayy”– talented students and members of the literary club “Abay Alemіne Sayakhat”, dombraists, performers of kui and folk songs of the Kazakh people, and expressively read poems by Abay Kunanbayev, student of the group ST-16 -1 Manap Yerali, student of the group ST -16 -1 Asayynov Iliyas, student of the group ST -16 -1 Ospanov Bekarys, student of the group RET -16 – 1 – Kyranbai Nyrgisa , student of the group RET -16 – 1 Rakimzhan Baktyzhan, student of the group BT-19 – 2 Nyrіlіk Tokenov, student of the group DIZ – 19 -2 Garifullina Ilyana, students of group LOG – 19 – 2 Amangeldі Ayaulym and Қuanyshbekova Aynұr
Also on the stage were Kenzhealiev Sayan Akylzhanuly – candidate of philological sciences, associate professor of the Kazakh language and culture department.
