International Mobile Learning festival (IMLF 2015) will be held in Hong Kong SAR (ChNR). IMLF 2015 is an exceptional place to exchange information about modern approaches to education from all over the world. The festival will bring together scientific development related to mobile learning, MOOC (Massive Open Online Courses), teaching learning and model learning in the 21st century. Submitted articles will be subject to a process of double checking. All accepted papers will be published in the conference proceedings. Selected papers will be published in a special issue of the journal SSCI-ranked and in encyclopedia of Mobile Learning: Theories and Applications. Articles from previous conference in 2014 were published in Educational Media International.
