From October 21 to October 24, 2024, in order to develop information literacy and form creative interests, the Information Literacy Week was held at the College of Innovative Technologies of the Abylkas Saginov Karaganda Technical University.
As part of the information literacy Week, the following events were held at the College of Innovative Technologies of Karaganda Technical University named after Abylkas Saginov:
– A round table within the framework of the Information Literacy Week on the topic “Artificial intelligence in education”. Students of the groups COPZHT-9/23-1, COPZHT-9/23-2, KTM-9/23-2, KSIB-9/22-2, KSIB-9/21-2 were involved.
– Intellectual game “Play Off”. The intellectual game has developed students’ knowledge about computer science, as well as the IT field. 1st year students of KPO-9/24-2, KTM-9/24-3, KAU-9/24-2, K-9/24-27 “Marathon of talents” participated participant: Arseniy Romanov, KPO-9/24-2 group, teacher: K.B. Kurbanova..
– “Hackathon marathon of programming” participants: Maxim Dedyaev, KPO-9/23-3 group; Danil Bugaev, KPO-9/21-2; Artur Akhmetzhanov, KSIB-9/22-2, teacher: K.E. Kazieva. Organizers of the competition: KGKP “Educational and Methodological Center for Educational Development of the Karaganda region” , CHU “Karaganda Higher College “Bolashaq”.
– An intellectual game “Scrabble” was organized among the 1st year students.
Students of 1-3 courses took an active part in regional contests, intellectual games, discussed artificial intelligence in education, and shot videos on the topic “Internet without danger.” Active students and winners were awarded with diplomas by Lyudmila Stanislavovna Wangfutyan, Chairman of the Cyclical and Methodological Commission.
