Tomilova Nadezhda Ivanovna,

Tomilova was born on February 17, 1954 in the family of employees. She graduated Tomsk State University of Control Systems and Radio Engineering in 1978 with a specialist ‘s degree in Automation and mechanization of the processing and delivery of information.
In 1978, hired in Karaganda State Technical University, as a young professional who graduated from outside the republican university.
Tomilova N.I. has been working in the KarSTU since 1978; as a research assistant, senior research fellow, software engineer of the department of AMP, senior lecturer of the department of IC and senior lecturer of the department of CS.
In 2010, Tomilova N.I. successfully presented and defended her PhD thesis. The PhD research focused on «Development of an information system to support decision-making for the commissioning and future activities in the district heating systems of cities».
Tomilova N.I. has 40 published works and teaching developments, 11 of them are of national significance, 15 E-learning RESOURCES are certified on subjects of department’s specialties: «Software Engineering», «Algorithmic languages», « Technology of programming », « Design of Information Systems », « Computer Systems Design », « Object-Oriented Programming in C + +», « Fundamentals of mathematical and computer modeling of natural and physical processes », «Data structures and programming processes ».
Tomilova N.I. has been working in the scientific researching for over thirty-five years and she is the executor of research projects in the following scientific fields: «Simulation of steady-state thermal-hydraulic conditions of large district heating systems », « Research and development of hierarchical information management technologies to optimize the functioning of district heating systems of megacities», «Development of a system of information protection in distributed networks based on deterministic chaos», « Hydrodynamic heaters of liquid environments».
