23 February, Fashion school and the youth charitable organization “Akniyet” organized the fair under the straightforward title “Folk crafts” in the first building of KSTU. Everyone could see and purchase items made by the masters of creative team at fair.
- School of fashion exists only for four months. This is our first fair. In the future we plan to organize a fashion show of clothing, designed and manufactured by members of our team, – the head of “Fashion school”, a student of KSTU Togzhan Karibayeva said.
The fair was a great success, besides the opportunity to purchase the original thing of handmade; everyone present had the chance to do a good deed, as all proceeds from the event money will go to charity.
The use of such events is invaluable, because in addition to the implementation of crafts masters’ work , they allow each student of KSTU to participate more actively in public life of the university.
