Biographical information:
1998 -2002 – after graduating from the Karaganda Metallurgical Institute with a degree in Economics and Management in Industry, he worked at the Temirtau Polytechnic College as a teacher of economic disciplines.
From 2002 – 2006 he worked as an assistant, teacher, senior teacher at the Karaganda Metallurgical Institute.
In September 2005, he was appointed the head of the department of management of the QMS of the Karaganda Metallurgical Institute.
In September 2008, he was appointed to the post of head of the department “Accounting and Audit” of Karaganda State Industrial University.
In May 2013 was transferred to the post of head of the department of “Economics and Finance” of Karaganda State Industrial University.
Since September 2014 – to September 2017 – Dean of the Faculty of Economics of the Karaganda State Industrial University.
Since September 2017 – Dean of the Faculty of Engineering Economics and Management of Karaganda State Technical University.
In 2007 he defended his thesis for the degree of candidate of economic sciences in the specialty 08.00.05 – Economics and Management of National Economy. The topic of the dissertation research was “Improving the use of leasing as an investment resource for the renewal of agricultural machinery and equipment (using materials from the agro-industrial complex of Kazakhstan)”.
In 2012 – defended his thesis for the degree of Doctor of Economic Sciences in the specialty 08.00.01 – Economic Theory. Theme of dissertation research “Human capital of the Republic of Kazakhstan as a creative and productive resource: methodological aspect”
2013 – Diploma of Associate Professor (Associate Professor) KKSON MES RK
