In 1974, she graduated from the Karaganda Polytechnic Institute (now Karaganda Technical University). From 1974 to the present, she has worked in the MAP as an engineer, senior engineer, head. laboratory for standardization, leading engineer, head. In the period from April 2019 to November 2021, she worked in the Department of the Committee for Industrial Development and Industrial Safety of the Ministry of Industry and Infrastructure Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the Karaganda region, in the positions of Chief specialist – Lawyer of the Legal Regulation Department, Chief Specialist of the Personnel Support Department. During her working life, she conducted legal comprehensive training for the personnel of the Department, in the field of registration of legal acts in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan. She was responsible for the high-quality document management of the Department in the state language. In 2014, she completed an internship at the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Kazakhstan in translation.
