The life and work of the great poet Saken Seifulin, who left an indelible mark on Kazakh literature with his fiery songs, have not lost their significance in shaping the attitude of subsequent generations to literature and the spirituality of the nation. To this end, reading contests are held in every region of the country, promoting the poet’s work among young poets. Various events dedicated to the 130th anniversary of Saken Seifullin among universities play a special role in educating the younger generation.
October 09, 2024 teachers of the department «Kazakh language and Culture» of Karaganda Technical University named after Abylkas Saginov, docent, acting head of the Department of Kazakh Language and Culture Khamzina K. M., organized and held the republican online competition of readers of young poets «Kazakh rukhaniyatyn aksunkary», dedicated to the 130th anniversary of akyn Saken Seifullin. The goals and objectives of the competition, popularization of Saken Seifullin’s works among young people, introduction to the song of the life and work of poet dauylpaz Saken Seifullin, popularization of the country, freedom, honor before the world;
- Expanding the scope of the Kazakh language;
- Improving language culture;
- Popularization of fiction among students;
- Identification of talented and demanding youth , etc .
Young poets from different regions of the republic took part in the competition: NAO «Karaganda Technical University named after Abylkas Saginov», NAO «D. Serikbayev East Kazakhstan Technical University», Karaganda Academy of the Future.
The republican online contest of young poets in reading was held in the III nominations. According to the results of the competition, the Grand Prix was won by a 4th-year student of the Karaganda Academy of the Future, Shari Kymbat (head: R.H. Abdrakhmanov,

- The second place was taken by a student of the SIB-24-12 group Nauryzbai Alimzhan (head: Sagatova G. K.), who took prizes.
