On 26-27 June 2014 Karaganda State Technical University will hold the International scientific-practical conference “Science, education and manufacturing are the leading factors of the Strategy “Kazakhstan – 2050 (Saginovsky reading №6).
On June 26 at 10.00 in the Assembly hall of the Main building of KSTU, the opening of the forum. With a salutatory word to the participants will be representatives of the Ministry of Education and Science of Kazakhstan and akimat of Karaganda region.
The conference will take place presentation 5 centres of working professions and 3 centers of industrial engineering of KSTU.
At the plenary session presentations will be made by the rector of KSTU, academician of NAS RK A.M. Gazaliyev, Professor of Berlin Technical University, V.A. Lucas, Chairman of the Board of the Corporation “Kazakhmys” E.V. Ogai and other heads of industrial enterprises and scientific centers of Kazakhstan, Germany, France, Great Britain, Russia, Poland and Lithuania.
In the afternoon on June 26 and 27 June under the supervision of leading scientists of KSTU was held work in the sections and round tables:
“Problems of higher technical education in the context of global challenges of the XXI century”;
“The contribution of Corporate University in the improvement of higher technical education”;
“Problems of methan safety”;
“Energy of the future based on alternative energy sources”;
“Problems of nature management and ecology”;
“Problems of modernization of mining and metallurgical complex of Kazakhstan”;
“Innovations and nanotechnologies in chemical industry”;
“New technologies in metallurgy and materials science”;
“Development of construction and housing and communal services in Kazakhstan”;
“Modern biotechnology: the search for and creation new biological products”;
“Problems and prospects of transport development”;
“State and priorities for further development of mechanical engineering”;
“Problems and development of fundamental research”;
“Innovative economy is the basis of EAEC”.
The conference received more than 400 reports from 150 scientific, educational and industrial organizations of Kazakhstan, near and far abroad.
Closing of the conference and adoption of the resolution will take place in the conference hall of KSTU 27 June at 15.00.
