The government of India offers a large number of short and long term training courses in various disciplines in leading institutions in India such as accounting, audit, banking, Finance, management, small and medium enterprises , rural development, it, telecommunications, space technology, marine and aeronautical engineering, English, environment, renewable energy, parliamentary practice, entrepreneurship, etc. all costs for the training program are covered by the government of India. This includes the cost of the return ticket, tuition, accommodation and study trip in India, if any, along with moderate lifestyle and money for books.
Kazakhstan has been a partner of India according to the program TES since 1992. Since that time, it was attended by more than 1,000 people from Kazakhstan.
The government of India opened 284 courses in the program TES for the period from April 2016 to March 2017.
