Objective – to provide quality education that meets world standards.
The purpose – to train highly qualified specialists in the field of metallurgy and materials science.
The department trains specialists in the field of metallurgy and materials science, production and research institutions, capable of solving any industrial and scientific purposes, communicative, able to take a leadership role in the team.
A graduate of the department has the ability to independently formulate and solve production problems, has developed creative skills and get skills jf the work as for the position of engineering and technical worker, and on the working field.
All it does the graduate competitive on a labor market.
Now the department prepares documents for passage of the international accreditation on four specialities, develops some innovative scientific projects, develops business and friendly relations with leading high schools of Europe.
