Purpose of proposed activity: assistance to the national innovation system of Kazakhstan in enhancing its effectiveness in a highly competitive global markets.
Rationale for the proposed activity: the Project Stimulate Productive Innovation was developed in the first direction Strategy of partnership with the country 2012-2017 financial years to improve competitiveness and promote job creation.
Description of proposed activity: the Project Stimulate Productive Innovation will promote productive innovation, increase productivity and competitiveness of the economy through the stimulation of scientific-industrial relations and the development of the incubation cycle technologies by performing the following tasks:
• Preparation of volume project ideas and advanced human capital for commercialization;
• Opening and internationalization of the Kazakh scientific-research laboratories and ensuring their connection with the production;
• Providing support in the early stages of commercialization of R & d results;
• Provision of equity capital in the early stages of incubation firms;
• Ensuring better coordination of the NIS.
Place of implementation of the planned activity: Republic of Kazakhstan
The timeframe for the implementation of the planned activities:
the operations begin- September 2015.
