December 4-5, 2014 at the Omsk state University of railway engineering will be held all-Russian scientific-practical conference with international participation “Modernization processes in society and rail transport: historical experience and current practice”.Topics include: issues of economic efficiency of rail transport in the process of modernization (historical experience and present); processes of modernization of railway transport of Russia and foreign countries: total and special; the concept of modernization of railway transport of Russia: objectives, key trends and growth; the role of railway transport in the socio-cultural development of space remote, sparsely populated areas; historical experience and current practice of formation; the problems of philosophy, society, science and technology in the context of modernization processes and others.
