From December 20 to December 26, 2023 32-hour training course «Features of corporate governance at the university» was conducted for administrative and managerial staff of the university.
For convenience, the course was divided into three thematic modules. The first module of the course is devoted to the basics of corporate governance, the second module is devoted to introducing the concept of risk and risk management, the third module of the course is devoted to the topics of regulating corporate conflict and conflict of interest, as well as information disclosure issues.
During the course, students identified risks, developed measures to respond to risks, and worked through situations of corporate conflict and conflict of interest.
The control task was to create a strategic plan for the unit, a risk map of the unit which is led by the listener, and action plans to respond to risks.
