The organization of the educational process in NJSC “Karaganda Technical University named after Abylkas Saginov” is carried out in accordance with the following regulatory documents:

- Introductory video on work in the Univer system;
- DET instruction (UNIVER) for students;
- Video instruction for students on passing tests in the Univer system.
The process of student learning takes place in AIS Univer (Univer 2.0) (www.kstu.kz – Quick links – For students – Education).
Entrance to AIS Univer is carried out using an individual Login and Password, which students receive from the relevant methodologists.
For the organization of training, methodological recommendations have been developed that are in the public domain, with which all students must familiarize themselves:

- Video instruction for students;
- Instruction for students on work in AIS Univer (Module “Bachelor”).
A student under the guidance of a methodologist (inspector) of the faculty of distance learning forms his individual curriculum depending on the prerequisites – disciplines mastered at the previous level of education, which must be reread and included in his transcript.
For each training course, a study schedule of the group is developed, which indicates the names of disciplines, the number of exams, tests, practices, calendar deadlines for their implementation, the timing of the session.
