Olympiad in English -

Foreign Languages Department helds Olympiad in English «Innovations in Education» among non-linguistic specialties ( 20.02.2014) .

The main objectives of the Olympiad :

– Formation of conscious students’ motivation to learn a foreign language;

– Raising the level of English proficiency ;

– The exchange of ideas, projects , trends and innovation in foreign language education.

In the competition participated 51 students from six universities of the city :

– Karaganda State Technical University;

– Karaganda State Medical University;

– Karaganda State University after E.A.Buketov;

– Karaganda Economic University;

– CCP , Faculty of Education and Social Work;

– KU “Bolashak”.

Prizes were awarded to students :

First place – Akhmetova Madina ( KSU after E.A.Buketov )

Mukish Bіrzhan ( KSTU )

Second place – Pak Sofia ( KSMU )

Third place – Zhakisheva Botagoz ( KSU im.E.A.Buketova )
