17 – 20 October, 2013 in Moscow, the VIII International Festival of Oriental Dance “Assembly – 2013 “, which was attended by more than 500 dancers from Russia , Ukraine, Belarus , Latvia, Kyrgyzstan and Kazakhstan. “Assembly” – the most honored and respected festival in Russia, dedicated to belly dance. Student of the transport department of TT- 10-2 Kupriyanova Daria adequately acted in 5 categories and the total score won an honorable 3rd place. Performance of participants was assessed by the judges on the following criteria:
• The image (personality, visual appeal , the beauty of the costume , the costume chosen style )
• Appliances (quality and aesthetics of performance, level of difficulty)
• A sense of rhythm
• Setting (matching the selected music performances , a wealth of compositions , acknowledges the work of the choreographer )
• Acting (work with the audience , the semantic matching performance with music)
• Individuality ( own style )
• The general impression
As part of the panel of judges included experts from Egypt, Syria , Brazil, Hungary and Russia . Among them, the legend of the Russian bellydance – Nour ( Egypt – Russia ), a popular Syrian singer Yasser Alswery, invited international stars of belly dance – Suraya (Brazil), Mersides Nieto ( Hungary), Hatem Hamdy (Egypt ).
The festival was also held a training session of the leading teachers of the world bellydance and intense concert program.
