September 19, 2013 at Youth Palace «Zhastar alemi» was held a meeting for students of TRI with Imam of the Central mosque Кurmanov S.A. main expert of Department on Religion Affairs of Karaganda region Тkusheva M.L. and with experts of the Religion-psychological-legal advice centre Merzlyakov N.V., Myrzakhmetov A.I. on theme «Impact of religion extremism to the youth and prevention methods».
In the beginning of the meeting, for all present was shown film «Lost».
After the opening remarks of moderator Ivleva E.N, students listened to the speech of Imam Kurmanov S.A., main specialist of Department on Religion Affairs Тоkusheva M.T., then a conversation with specialists of Religion-psychological-legal advice centre Merzlyakov, N.V. and Myrzakhmetov D.V. with students of TRI about the negative consequences of the participation of people in illegal non-traditional religious organizations and about ways to prevent such phenomena.
Students participated in the discussion, asked questions, debated on topics of religious extremism and non-traditional religious trends.
