September 1 will be a solemn meeting dedicated to the Knowledge Day and Constitution Day of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the square in front of the main building of KSTU.
Rector of KSTU, academician of NAS RK A.M.Gazaliyev, deputy akim of Karaganda region Zhilbayev Zhanbol Oktyabrovich, first deputy chairman of Karaganda regional branch office of PDP “Nur Otan” Osspanova K.B., representatives of Internal policy Department of Karaganda region and others will act with opening remarks to the first-years students.
There is a student of KSTU, two-time World Champion, Olympic Champion of XXX Summer Olympic Games in London 2012 Serik Sapiyev among honourary guests.
According to the established tradition first-year students will get packets with the text of the Anthem of the RK and badges with state symbols, reference-book on University, celebratory issue of University’s newspaper “For polytechnic knowledge”, CD-disks with syllabuses and electronic academic resources for whole academic year and individual curriculums.
