Biographical information:
Born on October 4, 1951 in Karaganda.
1969- 1974 – studying at the Karaganda Polytechnic Institute.
From 1974 till present – working at KSTU at the post of an engineer, head of the standardization laboratory, head of R&D sector, head of R&D division.
