On April 21, a delegation from Abylkas Saginov Karaganda Technical University, headed by the Chairman of the Board – Rector Saule Sagintayeva, visited EcoExpert LLC. This is far from the first trip to enterprises and organizations in the region, during which issues of development and mutually beneficial cooperation are discussed, new areas of work on research and development activities and improving the quality of training specialists are identified.
The current meeting with the heads and specialists of EcoExpert LLC was also rewarding. The guests were greeted by the director of the enterprise Vladimir Matonin; his father, who is also the founder of the LLC and now deputy for scientific affairs Viktor Matonin and the head of the testing laboratory Pavel Timoshenko, who spoke about the work carried out by the team, about the available laboratories and equipment. Having started in 1992 with radiological research, the enterprise has become famous not only in its native Karaganda region, but also beyond its borders. It provides great assistance to nature users in complying with environmental and sanitary-epidemiological legislation. Based on more than 30 years of experience, it conducts successful research in the field of ecology, maintaining a balance between technical progress and a favorable ecological environment to improve the living conditions of Kazakhstanis.
During the discussion and tour of the laboratories of EcoExpert LLC, many areas of mutually beneficial cooperation between the university and the enterprise were identified. Starting with the training of environmental engineers and joint participation in research work. Many specific proposals were made during the meeting by Saule Sagintayeva herself and the Board Members accompanying her – Vice-Rector for Science and Innovation Ali Mekhtiyev and Chief of staff Aristotle Issagulov, who found support from the enterprise management.
This means that there is no doubt that this cooperation has very good prospects ahead.
