On January 11, the games of the IX round of the Karaganda region Futsal Championship began.
For the first time this season, two teams of Abylkas Saginov Karaganda Technical University are represented in the tournament at once. The main team plays in the major league, and the second team (the reserve team) defends the honor of the university in the first league.
The results of the meetings are encouraging: in the top league, Polytech beat Lokomotiv with a score of 3:2; in the first league, Polytech played against Krossfin with a score of 5:4.
After eight rounds played, the Polytech team leads the standings in the major league, three points ahead of the nearest pursuer, and the Polytechnic team takes the second place, six points behind the leading team.
There are nine teams in total in the top league, and fifteen teams in the first one.
