In December 2024, targeted meetings with first-year students of the university were held at Abylkas Saginov Karaganda Technical University as part of improving the quality of educational services and implementing the state anti-corruption policy.
The event was initiated by the member of the board – vice-rector for academic affairs of the university Bekbolat Nussupbekov and the anti-corruption compliance service. During the meeting, the students were explained the necessary theoretical and practical aspects of educational procedures, as well as the quintessence of the principles of academic honesty. The students were also told about the measures taken by university officials in terms of combating corruption and forming zero tolerance for this phenomenon.
The meeting was held in a free and open format. Students asked questions of interest to them and received comprehensive answers.
