Non-profit Joint-Stock Company Abylkas Saginov Karaganda Technical University announces the decision taken by the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Sole Shareholder) that owns and uses 100% of the Company’s shares:
By the Minister of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan order No. 516 dated November 6, 2024 “On certain issues of the Board of Directors of the non-profit joint-stock company “Karaganda Technical Uni ersity named after Abylkas Saginov”:
- The powers of the member of the Board of Directors of Non-profit Joint-Stock Company Abylkas Saginov Karaganda Technical University (hereinafter referred to as the Company), Apiyev Darkhan Adbumazhitovich have been terminated before the term ends.
- Nurmanbetova Zhamilya Nusipzhanovna – Advisor to the Minister of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan has been elected to the Board of Directors of the Company.
- It has been determined that the term of office of Zhamilya Nusipzhanovna Nurmanbetova expires with the expiration of the term of office of the Board of Directors of the Company as a whole.
