Non-profit Joint-Stock Company Abylkas Saginov Karaganda Technical University announces the decision taken by the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Sole Shareholder) that owns and uses 100% of the Company’s shares.
By the Minister of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan order No. 361 dated July 19, 2024 “On some issues of the Board of Directors of Non-profit Joint-Stock Company Abylkas Saginov Karaganda Technical University:
- The quantitative composition of the Board of Directors of Non-profit Joint-Stock Company Abylkas Saginov Karaganda Technical University (hereinafter referred to as the Company) is determined in the number of 6 (six) members.
- The powers of the member of the Board of Directors of Non-profit Joint-Stock Company Abylkas Saginov Karaganda Technical University, Omarkhanov Gabit Telmanovich have been terminated before the term ends.
