ANNOUNCEMENT

Non-profit Joint Stock Company “Abylkas Saginov Karaganda Technical University” announces a competition for vacant positions of deans of faculties and heads of departments:

1. Dean of the Architecture and Civil Engineering Faculty;
2. Dean of the Transport and Road Faculty;
3. Head of the Department of Higher Mathematics;
4. Head of the Department of Information Technology and Security;
5. Head of the Department of History of Kazakhstan;
6. Head of the Department of Nanotechnology and Metallurgy;
7. Head of the Department of Transport Equipment and Logistics Systems;
8. Head of the Department of Mine Aerology and Occupational Safety;
9. Head of the Department of Industrial Transport;
10. Head of the Department of Physical Education;
11. Head of the Department of Economics and Enterprise Management.

Qualification requirements for the position of deans of faculties:

• higher and/or postgraduate education and the degree of Doctor of Sciences, Candidate of Sciences or PhD;
• the experience of scientific and pedagogical work at the university or in the specialty at least 5 years, including at least 1 year in senior positions;
• having the certificates of advanced training in the field of management in the sphere of science and higher education and in the main areas of activity of the university is desirable.

Qualification requirements for the position of head of the department: 

• higher and postgraduate education;
• the experience of scientific and pedagogical work at the university or in the specialty at least 5 years. 

The list of necessary documents for participation in the competition:

1. application to the Chairman of the competition commission;
2. a personal sheet on staff records;
3. copies of diplomas of higher education, academic and/or scientific degree, a certificate on the assignment of the academic title and originals for verification;
4. a copy of the document confirming employment, certified by the personnel service at the last place of work or an electronic statement confirming employment;
5. copies of certificates of professional development (if available) and originals for verification;
6. the list of scientific papers and inventions (if available);
7. a medical certificate of health status in No. 075 form , issued no more than six months before the date of submission of documents;
8. a certificates from psycho-neurological and narcological organizations issued no more than one year before the date of submission of documents;
9. a certificate of the presence or absence of a criminal record;
10. a certificate about the commission of a corruption crime by a person;
11. a long-term development plan of the faculty/department (presentation – no more than 5 slides).

Acceptance of documents for participation in the competition is carried out within 10 (ten) working days from the date of publication of the announcement.
