During the visit, issues of mutual cooperation within the framework of the dual inter-university educational program with the Department of Communication Systems Technologies and prospects for the development of this program with other departments in other educational programs were discussed, the importance of creating an inter-university cooperation mechanism was noted, a meeting and acquaintance with 1st-year students who may enter the double degree program in the future, student cards were also awarded to 6 students of the RET-23-2 group of the Department of Communication Systems Technologies, students enrolled in a double interuniversity educational program with the focus “Radio engineering means of transmitting, receiving and processing signals”.
It should be recalled that the dual interuniversity educational program, based on the agreements reached, represented by its departments – the Department of Radio Electronics and Communication Systems of TUSUR and the Department of Communication Systems Technology of Abylkas Saginov University, began its implementation in the 2024-2025 academic year and allows undergraduate students to receive a high-quality international education through the effective use of educational resources of both universities. Upon successful completion of the program at both universities, students receive two diplomas from two countries (Kazakhstan and Russia) in two degrees: Bachelor in Information Technology.ninformation and Communication Technologies and a bachelor’s degree in Radio Engineering.
